For exchanges or returns of full price items please contact us via email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your items.
Please note all postage is non-refundable. The refund will be to the value of your item/s and will exclude the cost of postage.
Return postage is at customers expense unless items is deemed faulty OR an error has been made on Tikitot's behalf and wrong item has been shipped.
We do not accept change of mind returns on sale items however we are more than happy to refund faulty items.
